Original Artwork is shipped using USPS Standard or Expedited services. Please allow 3 business days to prepare your package for shipping. Please contact us if you would prefer to ship the artwork using a different shipping service. Additional charges may apply.

What is your shipping Policy?
Upon checkout you will be offered to choose from Standard or Expedited shipping, which is calculated based on the weight of the artwork and your location. Please note that due to COVID-19 processing of all orders may be delayed. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out directly before placing an order, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Originals Only
If you live in the Chattanooga, TN area, you will also be offered an option of a free pickup. Please email romanovagallery@gmail.com if this is not the case or if you have any other questions regarding shipping.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final. We understand that there may be some unique circumstances that arise, and in some very rare cases we offer to take the artwork back, which must be shipped with the same carrier it was delivered with, and must have insurance covering the value of the art piece. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable. Please email romanovagallery@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Sales Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged on items shipping to an address in the State of Tennessee. Items shipping to an address in any of the other 49 states will not be subject to sales tax.
